The costs to train personnel at each location are exorbitant. There were significant internal as well as external training expenses. It was also determined most the hospitals and outpatient facilities were not aware government funding was available to offset these training expenses. Millions of dollars of training funds were being left unclaimed. Additionally, new jobs/positions were being added in several of the locations. Certain states provided job creation tax credits, which were being missed.
Economic Incentives Advisory Group conducted a “no-cost” study and evaluated each site on a location-by-location basis to determine if there were city, county, state or federal funds available based on location and business activity. The results of the study determined most the sites were eligible for funds ranging from $45,000 - $1.2 million per location.
The client is now receiving millions of dollars in training funds and tax credits on an annual basis. Now a process is in place to capture these incentives each year going forward.
